This SharePoint Demo highlights how I use Microsoft 365 tools to improve learning operations beyond traditional course development.

I volunteered to enhance my team’s Learning & Development SharePoint site after recognizing a common challenge: training resources, onboarding information, and support processes were difficult for stakeholders to locate. I create a centralized, self-service hub that brings together training information, job aids, learning pathways, and support resources in one accessible location.

The project includes a training course catalog designed to give leaders clearer visibility into available courses, role-based learning paths, and onboarding expectations. In addition, I created Microsoft Forms and connected workflows using SharePoint Lists and Power Automate to standardize requests and improve request tracking.

This demo reflects my ability to combine learning design, information architecture, user experience, and process improvement to build practical, scalable solutions that make learning support easier to access and manage.
